1. Overview
This policy explains what personal information Upward Momentum LLC ("we", "us") collects when you use Daily Profit Accelerator, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect the minimum we need to run the program - we do not sell your personal information.
2. What we collect
- Account information - name, email address, password (stored as a secure hash), timezone and profile details you add.
- Program activity - challenge progress, day completions, assignment interactions, coach call status and messages you send to your coach or support.
- Purchase information - what you bought and when. Card details are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.
- Partner program data - your affiliate link activity and commission records if you join the partner program.
- Technical data - IP address, browser type and basic usage logs needed to keep the Platform secure and working.
3. How we use it
- To deliver the program: unlock your daily content, connect you with your success coach, track your progress.
- To process purchases and pay partner commissions.
- To send program communications - day unlocks, coach messages, receipts and important account notices.
- To keep the Platform secure and prevent fraud and abuse.
4. Who we share it with
We share data only with service providers who help us run the Platform, under their own privacy commitments:
- Hosting and database - Vercel and Supabase (application hosting, authentication and data storage).
- Payments - our payment processor, for checkout and refunds.
- CRM and messaging - our customer relationship platform, used so your coach can follow up by email or text.
- Email delivery - transactional email providers for receipts and account messages.
- Affiliate tracking - our partner-program tracking provider, if you participate.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your session. We do not run third-party advertising cookies on the member platform.
6. Your choices and rights
- You can update your name, notification preferences and profile inside Account Settings.
- You can request a copy of your data, or ask us to delete your account and associated personal data, by emailing support@dailyprofitaccelerator.com. Some records (for example purchase and commission records) must be retained for legal, tax and accounting purposes.
- You can opt out of non-essential communications at any time.
7. Data retention and security
We keep your data while your account is active and as long as needed for the purposes above. Data is stored with reputable providers using encryption in transit and at rest, with access limited to staff who need it to operate the program.
8. Children
The Platform is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
